I am an AVID sauna user. I have a barrel sauna from Canada despite living in Australia. I was lucky enough to have a fantastic heater that was from Sweden. It lasted 9 years of 5-6 days a week of max heat 30-40mins and it died!!!!! Tyrell and Sofya from SDS have been AMAZING. Tyrell answered all my questions AFTER hours on the phone and gave me accurate info to purchase my new heater. We went through options, calculated sauna volume and a few different models. We selected a Harvia wall mounted 6kw system.

Because I am lost with out my sauna Tyrell provided me with constant updates on the courier delivery, he helped with set up and trouble shoot once it arrive.

I can not recommend SDS and the staff enough! I will not shop elsewhere when I need sauna stuff… rocks etc etc

I bought a sauna from SDS and I had a few teething problems with the installation. It was hard to get onto anyone at SDS for help at first but when I did get onto them they were great and fixed the problems. My advice is to be patient if you need help from them, but they will help and they are good people. Oh, and I love my sauna.

Excellent customer service and support – We are eagerly awaiting the delivery of our SDS sauna here in Tasmania. We spent around 3 months researching saunas and despite the extra costs of shipping to Tassie- are extremely glad we went with SDS. Incredible service – Anna from SDS Australia absolutely saved us! we run a recovery and wellness shop in Sydney, and when our heater stopped working in our main sauna, we didn’t hesitate to get in contact with them to see what could be done.
