I bought a sauna from SDS and I had a few teething problems with the installation. It was hard to get onto anyone at SDS for help at first but when I did get onto them they were great and fixed the problems. My advice is to be patient if you need help from them, but they will help and they are good people. Oh, and I love my sauna.

Excellent customer service and support – We are eagerly awaiting the delivery of our SDS sauna here in Tasmania. We spent around 3 months researching saunas and despite the extra costs of shipping to Tassie- are extremely glad we went with SDS. Susan was extremely knowledgeable about the product and quickly came to our rescue when we discovered our third party transporter had not come through with our goods! Incredible service – Anna from SDS Australia absolutely saved us! we run a recovery and wellness shop in Sydney, and when our heater stopped working in our main sauna, we didn’t hesitate to get in contact with them to see what could be done. Incredibly, we had our sauna back up and running with a new and improved heater by that night! couldn’t recommend them enough!

I’m a home DIYer building my own sauna at home. The team at SDS have been amazing. Prepared to give me plenty of time and advice. The team at the Epping warehouse were happy to give me advice building my sauna from scratch and gave me plenty of helpful tips and knowledge. The team over the phone have been incredibly helpful too. I called with an amateur issue whilst attempting to install my sauna heater and within minutes Phil had connected me with their electrician who was able to speak with my sparky to help with the install. You don’t often come across businesses and people like this who are genuinely helpful. Keep up the great work guys!!!
