I’m a home DIYer building my own sauna at home. The team at SDS have been amazing. Prepared to give me plenty of time and advice. The team at the Epping warehouse were happy to give me advice building my sauna from scratch and gave me plenty of helpful tips and knowledge. The team over the phone have been incredibly helpful too. I called with an amateur issue whilst attempting to install my sauna heater and within minutes Phil had connected me with their electrician who was able to speak with my sparky to help with the install. Ben and the team did a fantastic job and were easy to work with throughout the process. The quality of the materials is excellent, the heater and other components and accessories are top notch, and the quality of the construction and installation are excellent. We use it regularly and it’s an absolute pleasure every time. We even had several builders and carpenters (during our home renovation) look inside and comment on the high quality of work. Great service and products – We have built our own sauna and SDS have been amazing with their products and service, especially Susan and Tony who went above and beyond in getting items we needed.

I purchased a barrel sauna from SDS and built it over the weekend. I was amazed at the quality of the product and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. I have bought barrel saunas from other companies and these at SDS are by far the best. SDS were great to deal with and everything went so smoothly. The spacious thermo barrel is huge, so roomy well engineered and stunning to look at.
