Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the type of items purchased and the delivery location. Due to the varying size, weight, and nature of our products, shipping charges are not automatically applied at checkout.
To obtain shipping cost:
- Add your items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and place your order.
- After placing your order, our team will review it and provide a quote that includes the calculated shipping cost.
Once you receive the shipping quote, you’ll have the option to confirm and proceed with your order or work with our team and discuss adjustments if necessary.
Please note, shipping quotes are based on estimates. On the rare occasion that the actual shipping cost significantly exceeds the quoted amount, customers will be notified and required to pay the adjusted cost before the order is dispatched. Alternatively, a customer can choose to cancel their order and receive a refund on their payment to date. We will notify you promptly of any changes.

Shipping Times
Fast Processing: Orders are processed the next business day if the invoice is paid in full, provided items are in stock. Please note, our business days are Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Timeframe Estimates:
– Heaters, Control Panels, Rocks & Sauna Accessories:
- Courier: 2-5 days.
- Australia Post: 3–5 days.
- Deliveries to Western Australia: 5–10 days.
– Prefabricated Saunas:
- Courier: 2–3 weeks
- Deliveries to Western Australia: 3–5 weeks.
– Timbers:
- Allow up to 4 weeks.
- Deliveries to Western Australia: Allow up to 6 weeks.
- Delivery times may vary depending on length.
Shipping Methods
- Australia Post:
- For items under 20kg and less than 1 meter in length.
- Courier:
- Used for all sauna kits, timber shipments and larger/heavier items.
Pickup Option
Prefer to collect your order? Pickup is available at our factories in:
- South Nowra, NSW
- Epping, Victoria
Special Considerations
- Multiple Items in an Order:
If some items are out of stock, you only pay for shipping once. We’ll send the rest as they become available at no extra cost. - Delivery Accessibility:
- If there’s no clear access to your location, your item will be taken to the nearest depot.
- You will be notified by the courier when they’re on their way. If no one is home, the item will be redirected to the depot.
Tracking and Notifications
Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can monitor your shipment’s progress from dispatch to delivery.
