QUALITY WOOD AND QUALITY PEOPLE!!!!
I had an awesome experience with SDS. From start to finish, the customer service was top-tier – James was incredibly responsive, genuine, and helpful. I also want to give a special mention to Tony, the head of DIY, who went above and beyond to give clear, practical advice that made a huge difference to my project.
What stood out most was that it felt like a real partnership – not the usual experience where you’re left guessing or being upsold. These guys genuinely wanted to help me get it right, and the quality of materials matched the service. Highly recommend SDS for any DIYer who wants solid support and trusted products.
