I just had Damien & James fly from Sydney to Townsville to build a custom sauna in my new home (still under construction). And to say I’m impressed is an understatement, the craftsmanship, quality of materials & professionalism from both tradesmen during the three day build was next level. The guys kept me in the loop concerning all aspects of the sauna’s construction & went out of their way to ensure every aspect of the finished product was exactly to my specifications. I chose SDS over cheaper competitors because of their use of quality Cedar & professional heaters, but I will recommend them due to the quality of their Tradesman. I bought a sauna from SDS and I had a few teething problems with the installation. It was hard to get onto anyone at SDS for help at first but when I did get onto them they were great and fixed the problems. My advice is to be patient if you need help from them, but they will help and they are good people. Oh, and I love my sauna.

She was professional, efficient, and ensured the installation was completed on time as promised. The pricing was great, and the sauna itself is of exceptional quality. I’m a home DIYer building my own sauna at home. The team at SDS have been amazing. Prepared to give me plenty of time and advice. The team at the Epping warehouse were happy to give me advice building my sauna from scratch and gave me plenty of helpful tips and knowledge. The team over the phone have been incredibly helpful too. I called with an amateur issue whilst attempting to install my sauna heater and within minutes Phil had connected me with their electrician who was able to speak with my sparky to help with the install. You don’t often come across businesses and people like this who are genuinely helpful. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Ben and the team did a fantastic job and were easy to work with throughout the process. The quality of the materials is excellent, the heater and other components and accessories are top notch, and the quality of the construction and installation are excellent. We use it regularly and it’s an absolute pleasure every time. We even had several builders and carpenters (during our home renovation) look inside and comment on the high quality of work. I purchased a barrel sauna from SDS and built it over the weekend. I was amazed at the quality of the product and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. I have bought barrel saunas from other companies and these at SDS are by far the best. SDS were great to deal with and everything went so smoothly. The spacious thermo barrel is huge, so roomy well engineered and stunning to look at.
