Important Information

Warranty: 3-Year for residential use (24 months + extra 12 months when you register heater).
2-Year for commercial use (excluding heating elements, which carry a 6-month warranty).

Note: Sauna rocks are sold separately and not included. Using non-Harvia sauna rocks might introduce contaminants to the heater, potentially causing damage that the Harvia warranty won’t cover. While we have a variety of sauna rocks available for purchase, Harvia Olivine Diabase, and Harvia Black Vulcanite are highly recommended for Cilindro heater models.

Material: Constructed with high-quality stainless steel that is resistant to heat, humidity, and wear, ensuring long-lasting durability and performance.
Control Type: “E” model, meaning it requires a separate control unit (choose between the Harvia Cx110 or Cx170 WiFi) to manage temperature and time settings, offering flexibility in control options.
Heating Efficiency: The large stone surface area heats up quickly and retains heat effectively, allowing for consistent temperature maintenance and enhanced Sauna performance.
Safety Features: Includes overheating protection and integrated safety sensors to ensure safe operation at all times.
Installation: Floor-mounted design, offering stability and flexibility in placement within the Sauna. The Eeater’s open structure allows for various stone placement configurations to customise the appearance and steam output.
