This option is ideal for customers who already have a sauna design in mind and need access to premium materials and components.
You can purchase the essential elements required for a high-quality sauna build directly from SDS Australia, including architectural-grade sauna timbers, heaters, sauna rocks and other critical components.
If you would like additional guidance, we also offer a paid sauna design consultation, where our expert team can review your plans and provide advice on material selection, heater sizing, ventilation and other technical factors that influence sauna performance.
If you require a builder, we can connect you with one of our local Australian partners.
After this, we’ll supply the materials required for your build and coordinate delivery so your project can move forward smoothly.
Altering an Existing Design
If you love one of our existing pre-fab sauna designs but need it adapted to suit your space, our team will work with you to determine what modifications are possible.
We’ll begin by reviewing your available space, preferred layout and any design preferences. From there, we’ll consult with our European manufacturing partner Auroom to confirm what adjustments can be made while maintaining the structural integrity of the original sauna design.
Once the design is confirmed, the customised sauna will be manufactured in Europe before being delivered to Australia as a precision-engineered kit ready for installation.
Fully Bespoke Saunas
For fully bespoke saunas, the process begins with a design consultation form, where you tell us about your sauna vision, space and project requirements.
Working alongside our European partner, Auroom, we will translate these ideas into a detailed sauna concept including dimensions, layout and materials. Once the design is finalised, your sauna will be custom made in Europe specifically for your project.
Because these saunas are built entirely to order, the process involves careful design development and production time, but the result is a truly one-of-a-kind sauna tailored precisely to your space and aesthetic.
