Indoor Saunas
Designed to fit into tighter places and usually a smaller capacity. Our indoor saunas are constructed to have increased ventilation. Thanks to not needing to worry about the outside elements we make the most of using jaw dropping timbers that create beautiful feature walls. SDS only stocks indoor saunas that are compatible with electric heaters.

Outdoor Saunas
We stock a variety of outdoor sauna cabins that are capable of standing up to the Australian climate. Our outdoor sauna cabins are the biggest in our product range. Something we and hopefully you’ll love about our outdoor saunas is that they all have larger glass windows or doors so you can make use of the natural beauty or views surrounding you.

Barrel Saunas
Barrel saunas are definitely a great choice for a sauna. With that said there’s one bigger consideration you may need to make if you’re looking at a barrel sauna.
There can only be one level for the bench height. This just means that the temperature in the sauna should be the same throughout.
If you’ve ever used a sauna before (not in a barrel shape) it most likely would’ve had 2 or even 3 different levels of bench seating. This gives you a bit more flexibility in determining what temperature you’re after.

Infrared Saunas
Infrared saunas differ from traditional ones in that they don’t heat the entire room. Infrared panels are focussed solely on heating your body. This means that sauna heights matter far less and it’s more about ensuring you have a sufficient amount of panels that you. can sit or lay closely to.
We currently have no infrared sauna cabins in stock. But that doesn’t mean we can’t help you out with Infrared. We’re still able to build you a custom infrared sauna or are happy to answer your DIY questions or provide you with infrared heaters and components or timbers.
