Install Insulation and Vapor Barrier: Line the interior with sauna-safe insulation and a foil vapour barrier to retain heat and protect the wood from moisture.

Finish with Interior Panelling: Cover the interior walls with tongue-and-groove wood panels for a seamless and professional look.

Install the Heater: If you have an electric sauna heater, hire an electrician to install it with professional wiring. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. Ensure it is safely positioned and ventilated according to the heater type. Wood-burning heaters need a chimney.

Add Benches: Build and secure benches for seating. Use heat-resistant wood that remains cool to the touch.

Incorporate Accessories: Add essential items like a thermometer, hygrometer, lighting, and a bucket and ladle for a traditional sauna experience.
