I was researching sauna information like insulation, type of timber thickness of cedar, heater size, door handle, vents, bench sizes etc. I spent hours doing all the research and finally came across SDS. I wish I’d come across them sooner. I spoke to Ben who knew his stuff and would’ve saved me hours of research. Ben gave me great advice and I’ve ended up with an amazing sauna. Photos don’t do it justice. The info I received from SDS was far more comprehensive than any other provider I came across – and I contacted a lot!The attention to detail during the installation process was next level. Tony showed care and was treating the process as if it was his own sauna. I knew I was in safe hands when I saw how detailed he was. Tony used additional material (they didn’t charge me for) to make sure the finish was of the highest level of quality.Can’t recommend these guys enough. Ben visited me onsite on a number of occasions to ensure I was happy. To say I’m stoked is an understatement.Highly recommended!

Got the most beautiful sauna installed by a great team. Ben was very responsive and personable in our dealings. Everything went smoothly before and after installation, and he followed up to ensure all was in working order. Highly recommend!

I have just had my SDS Sauna put in. It’s an exterior model. I have to say that the guys were very helpful and pleased to build my sauna to my specs. When you select SDS to build for you, your going to get a professionally built job I studied the market for some time and found that some of the suppliers of saunas aren’t what they seem, offering cheap saunas to capture the market. These should be avoided as they are mostly flat pack products that are single walled and lose heat quickly increasing your power bills heaps. They have poor quality timbers with flaws and the suppliers have terrible after sales service. SDS Saunas are double walled and insulated to keep their temperature . The timber used is hand sorted and any faults are rejected. Don’t get ripped off. The guys truly build an outstanding product that will last for many years to come . Now I’m going out to have a sauna and relax. Thank guys for my sauna

Ben and the team at SDS are absolutely amazing. I have nothing but praise for the business and the product. Professional from the beginning to the end. Where to start! After months of considered research and speaking around, all avenues led back to SDS.From my initial site meeting right through to handover, this build was the most professional, high quality and friction free commercial experience I have ever encountered. Having been in the construction industry for the best part of 2 decades, i would like to think I know what GOOD looks like, well now I know what GREAT is.Ben and the team bent over backwards to deliver me something more than just a Sauna, it’s closer to art!Communication, attitude, knowledge and amazing attention to detail were all 11/10!Let the pictures tell the story.SDS and Ben will be my business partners for all future sauna builds without question or hesitation.

Ben and the team at SDS are the best in the business. I have used his products for sauna projects several times now and can vouch that his service, reliability and punctuality are second to none. If you need anything sauna related, Ben and the SDS gang are the people to see. Alex and his team (Another Alex and Kiril) are absolutely amazing! They built a public sauna for us (@bmsauna) in the Blue Mountains! We fell in love with saunas during a trip to Finland last year where you slowly soak up the heat in the family sauna, then plunge into a cold lake, and repeat (several times). Alex of SDS Australia helped design our sauna so we too can experience the heat and aroma (the smell of warm Spruce is great) of an authentic sauna and quickly plunge into our pool anytime of year including mid-winter. The quality of the factory-build is superb including beautifully finished benches and a solid door with windows. We opted for an electric heater (Harvia was even recommended by Finnish friends!) and it truly heats up quickly. We are so happy with the quality and service provided by SDS Australia.
